And now a group of xenoanthropologists is once again after the great secret of the treecats - that they are intelligent, empathic telepaths - and their agenda will lead to nothing less that treecat exploitation.

Finally, Jessica and Anders face problems of their own, including their growing attraction to each other. It is an attraction that seems a betrayal of Stephanie Harrington, the best friend either of them have ever had.

Fantastic end to the series & great Audio Reading!

I love both authors, and the Treecats are great subject matter! Khristine Hvam is simply the best at making the story come alive!! I was surprised when I saw she was reading the story!! Please check this whole series out and also the Honor Harrington Series of Books!

The story grabbed me and never let go....a true delight from start to finish...and every point in between!

as good as the last two

I like this series for just being a decent story well told. Fleshing out the history of Treecats is worthwhile for fans of the Honorverse.

I really enjoyed this audio book and the performance of the narrator. Now of only they could release a new book to further Stephanie's story.
