Now, Damien must find his purpose with this new power, and his pack behind him. Upon searching for answers, he finds more about his family's history and what he must do to protect all of werewolf kind.

Beautiful story!

This was a great story with a few plot twists that tore at my emotions. Wonderful book and enjoyable narration! I look forward to the next in this series.

Tremauré Reborn by Tey Kins is an emotionally rich urban fantasy that puts a fresh spin on werewolf lore. The story follows Damien Nichols, a young man who discovers he's a werewolf years after surviving a childhood attack. As he searches for a cure, he becomes entangled in a hidden world of werewolf councils, hunters called Tailors, and ancient powers. His journey is as much about self-acceptance as it is about survival, with strong themes of identity, loyalty, and belonging woven throughout.

Kins balances action with introspection, building a story that’s both suspenseful and heartfelt. Damien’s relationships—especially with his supportive girlfriend Catalina—add emotional weight, while his eventual connection with Tremauré, the original werewolf, raises the stakes. I also loved how the story expands the pack’s “family,” introducing new werewolves who each come with their own unique backstories, personalities, and struggles. It adds so much depth to the world and really drives home the idea that every member matters.

I was lucky enough to win a copy of this book through a giveaway hosted by the author on his TikTok page, @tey_kins, which made the reading experience even more personal. The whole book gives off heavy Teen Wolf vibes—in all the best ways—but with its own mature and thoughtful spin. I seriously can’t wait for the sequel, Tremauré Ascends. If it continues to build on what this book started, it’s going to be phenomenal.
