Elena where are you?

While still a good series this is not my favorite of the bunch. It seemed everyone was out to blame Kira for all her faults, and it took forever for the plot to get anywhere, but it finally does halfway through. The 43 all seem like a bunch of tools, so we will see how that turns out. I do like what the emperor has planned for the 43 and the wanderers, it will be interesting to see how that unfolds. Elena’s story was the part that intrigued me the most in this book, of course I’m investing in her safety. Normally I like the narrator, but this time it seemed she gave a lot of new characters a dumbed down version of Jin’s voice. It would have been better to go a different direction, but maybe she didn’t have the range.

Loved it! A funny, interesting sci-fi story that makes huge strides in the storyline. Well done! The narrator dies an amazing job as well. I cannot wait to start listening to the next book in the series.

Did not want it to end

I neeeed the next book in the series! So good. Waiting on the next installment will surely be hard.

I liked all the action and romance! The characters are well developed and the story arc is well laid out.
