With the arrival of Emilio, a new heartthrob student from Italy, and with Calhoun most definitely still in the picture, Truly has her hands full and will need all of her Private Eyes to help her solve the small town shenanigans this fall season.

A light, middle-grade mystery with some cozy farm elements. The premise was cute, but didn’t leave me with the cozy, heartwarming feel I was hoping for. The audiobook narration was the best part — it added charm and kept me engaged enough to finish it with my granddaughter. Overall, it’s sweet but forgettable.
