Witty and quick dialog, and great character development. Loved that the story takes on a humanistic perspective. Characters recognize inherent goodness in each other, even when one has done both good and bad actions, work things out, and move forward.

Meagan said Trust Me and I did, as always! She once again delivered a fantastic read that kept me locked in and turning the page until way too late.

The different POVs gave you a better understanding of the entire situation and things that happened in the past while still leaving you guessing about little things. There’s also side issues going on.. like what is happening with Chase?!?

And as always, Meagan was pulling on my heart strings and really making me feel all the emotions for these characters!

In regards to the audio - I think each narrator did a good job with their part, although I’m never really a fan of the males doing the females part because it just doesn’t sound right. Though I do think the female narrator did a good job with the male voices. One thing that bothers me though was the way Alister said Avix.. based on how the author herself has said it, he was definitely saying it wrong and it bothered me every time I heard it.

Put this book on a pedestal. My favorite trope (fake dating!) meets the slowest, most satisfying slow burn. I was kicking my feet, screeching, jaw on the floor.

Cam has always been that girl for me, and watching her get everything she deserves? Perfection. And Brady… I didn’t see any of it coming. He’s so much more than we ever knew in the first two books. Intricate, surprising, and completely unforgettable.

This is hands-down my favorite in the series. I adored every second. So sad there’s only one book left 😭

What a perfect ending to our amazing Avix kids. Ugh. This book was so good. I really felt for the love triangle, and was hardcore rooting for Cam and Brady the whole time. Great story, and perfect ending. ALSO AMAZING NARRATION.
