Chris is an author and a life coach with 33 years of corporate leadership experience. He competed in the American Ninja Warrior 2017 Cleveland City Qualifier and has published several books about his ninja warrior experience in his Heart of a Ninja series. He recently published How to Refocus Your Life, about how to conduct powerful personal retreats. He lives in Columbus, Ohio.
