I have been blessed with a long life on earth and now in my twilight years I look back, savoring the times we “danced in the rain,” gazed through tears at “cascading rainbows of hope,” loved and laughed and basked in the mystery of life, blessed always in ways known, and unknown, by our Lord Jesus.

Come, if you will, into my garden, and I will share with you this collection of thoughts and memories, hopes and reflections. May they be a bit of light for your own particular journey through life. We are one in the Lord, joined in His Spirit, embraced by His love which throbs throughout the universe. I’ll see you on page one!

Marcia Schwartz is a wife, mother of two sons, retired school teacher, farmer’s daughter, big sister to eight siblings, author, and an Evangelical Christian who is active in her church in Falls City, Nebraska. This “twilight” collection of devotions is her sixth book in this genre. Just previous to this book she wrote “A Cup of Water: Devotions for the Thirsty Soul”, published by Lighthouse Christian Publishing. She has also written books for children and young adults.
