I love how Dr. Harmony shares her personal stories, which allow for powerful insights with context. These stories, or rather her story, are easy to follow and so engaging that, even though this can be a heavy topic, it feels lighter and inspires hope throughout. With each story come breakthroughs and lessons that we can all learn from and grow with.

This is not your typical affirmations and reframe book. However, there are some wonderful reframes and powerful meanings that Dr. Harmony has been able to attach to situations so that they are empowering and life-changing.

This is well worth a listen at least once through, taking the gems that you can, and maybe even re-listening for more nuggets. Like I said, it is easy listening, enjoyable, and serves many purposes.
