I have one of those faces. The type of face where someone thinks you're someone you're not. Scarlet thinks that. She thinks I'm her first love. I'm not, but I'll be her last.

When I meet Scarlet, she's unlike any girl I've ever met. Feisty, determined, she'll do anything to get her way. Sauntering over to me in the bar with those hips. That silky hair. Those kissable lips. Two can play at this game.

After this weekend, we'll never see each other again. Just 48 hours between the sheets. Then I go back to Chicago, and she stays in this sleepy little town.

Except four months later she shows up at my office with a secret so big it could tear our whole worlds apart.

One word changes everything. Daddy.

Contains mature themes.

I actually really liked this one! It was as good or better than book one in the series, but I really liked that one too. The writing, story and dialogue are well done, and the narration is great! You really can’t go wrong with this one! Going on to book 3!

Liked it!

The narrators are great, but the story is weak. The story boils down to sex, a pregnancy that gets mentioned but never transforms into children, and an unearned "I love yous". Waste of a credit. I wish there was a redo button.

The title is really misleading

I really enjoy these baby storys. although I don't care for the endings. the book ending before you get to hear about the baby(ies) are born. for me to hear about those little bundles is what makes the story.

This book was ugh deep sigh nothing happened. The writer could’ve wrapped this up in two chapters.
