Rosella has raised her three sisters since her father was imprisoned for the murder of their mother. They’ve survived years in the small village despite looming taxes and bad harvests. When her sisters start pilfering items to steal so Rosella doesn’t have to sell the ring, the master of the cursed castle interrupts them. Unwilling to let her sisters pay a decade-long sentence for theft, she embarks on a journey to break the spell on the castle and free her sisters. Little does she know, not only are her sisters’ freedom and the castle’s liberation on the line, but so is her heart when she finds herself falling for the beast.

Best Retelling Ever!

Omg this retelling was fabulous, even better in audio! The story was so well written with so many exciting twists and layers woven in. I thought the sisters were wholesome and hilarious and I’m so glad the author added in the family dynamic on top of the story! The narrator is also very talented and executed all of the different voices perfectly.
