But in a small town in Ohio, a high school student named Eddie Ludlow and a secret band of freedom fighters strike back.

Eddie and his girlfriend, B.J., knew that nothing was what it seemed since the government had taken over. Eddie had been hunted; B.J. had already been thrown in jail. Now the hottest bikes they’d ever seen had mysteriously shown up in town. Everybody wanted to ride them, but Eddie was certain that there was something strange about the monster machines.

Then one kid was killed, and Eddie realized that he might be next.
