I thought this book was great for beginners wanting to learn and understand the basics and concepts of leading UX designers or masters the UX research lifecycles as a team of one. Very well thought out and researched. Easy to understand and well worth getting if your interested in learning and wanting to do this sort of thing! Excellent resource!

This is an excellent resource for anyone looking to take their UX teams to the next level. As a UX manager myself, I will be taking the great insights from this book into my daily activities in my quest to evolve into a true UX leader. With real world topics on things like engaging teams, standardizing processes, embracing failures as opportunities to grow and learn, and leading teams in the confines of a remote setting, this is a true toolkit for UX managers seeking fresh ideas and proven methodologies. Highly recommend!

Completely amazing! This was not only very informational, but felt so actionable. I also honestly really liked the section about Steve Jobs, it put some of the content into a realistic environment that made it more understandable and relatable. Additionally, this narrator was easy to listen to. Great listen!
