"There is a franchise mogul named Baek in Korea; he owned more than 20 brand restaurants and hotels by 2018 and it was reported his net worth is $830 M. He is also a media personality like Chef Ramsey. There was a TV program called Solutions by Baek; struggling small restaurant owners visit him on the show and he suggests things to improve their businesses. I remember a food truck guy visited Baek in 2017; his main menus were green pepper corn dogs and curry corn dogs. Certainly, the problem was that he couldn't sell enough of these. Baek suggested mixing the sliced peppers in the dough before frying; also, he suggested using cumin powder, instead of curry, to give a stronger curry taste. Luckily, his suggestion was successful and the food truck owner Park worked even harder to break even."
