This reads very dry and the first half of the book is almost just a definition of what these categories are defined by. No examples know how to begin these processes exactly other than some journaling meditation all stuff you could find on YouTube. I was looking for some in-depth solutions for a person who has had chronic struggles and is already Doing a media of these things.
