Great book!

This book is unbelievably powerful, a wonderful story and amazing characters! I’d certainly recommend this to any teenager dealing with aging relatives, or struggling with family, or looking to come out. But The book is so sophisticated and filled with family history on adult level that I would definitely promote it to adults as well, even if it is marketed as a young adult novel. I found myself devouring the story and virtually unable to put it down! The book is read by the author, and she does as find a job as any professional near raider would.

I was concerned when I saw that the author was narrating, because sometimes, authors aren't actors. But she was one of the best narrators I've ever listened to. This book left me crying many times and gave me lots of goosebumps.

Not the best book ever

It was confusing. All over the place. I didn't know what I listening to. When I read the back of the book, I loved it! But then when I started it, lets just say... It was not what I expected.
