Not helpful

This is very generic direction to be a reliable consistent and open minded person. A few stories are shared but they are still very generic. Sorry there is no new info here. I will go read the other books he recommends that have more detail on what he says everyone needs to be doing.

Robin’s book is masterful. He takes his own work in trust and relationships and blends that with other masters of the human discipline. This book is essential for leaders who want to reliably find the path to getting things done.

A lot of great lists

other than the great list, I felt like a lot of it was fluff or Captain obvious.

lot of repeated jargon

written from a perspective of expertise, difficult to listen to, constantly requiring you to decode what the overall message is. maybe a fine book in print. not an easy one for a listen
