This was engaging and easy to follow. I didn’t have high expectations given the overload of men’s self-help content out there, but this was simple, clear, direct, and genuinely resonated with me. In short, it’s absolutely worth the listen.

All likes with this amazing well written book. It was so good, I didnt want to stop listening, I am not offended as a woman, because everything was facts , it is unfortunate that society expects men and women to be a certain way, back in the day things were different then they are now. I recommend reading this book, This is a must read awesome book!
