the only way to end racism is to understand each other, it's an active task requiring intention and patience. this book is a great place to start, or to continue you journey to be anti-racist.

Stellar Performance!

The performance by Landon Woodson made this uncomfortable conversation palatable. I'm going to pass this book on to my 13 year old son. Very informative and enlightening, even as a Black woman, there were issues addressed that gave me pause. My favorite was the bonus track at the end.

Amazing writing by Emmanuel Acho and narration by Landon Woodson! This is a definite must read/listen for all ages and nationalities. I'm Filipino with half black sons and I will be passing this on to them to better educate them with everything going on around the world and learning the history.
