Practical steps to intentional leadership

One of the things I love about this book is it a combines a couple of Mark’s previous books with a little bit more practical steps how to become this uncommon leader. It has transformed my leadership style and I am super thankful and will never be the same.

I’m a big fan of Mark Miller and his books are always part of our leadership development program. It pulls from many of his individual books and it’s a great read! The last chapter about Truett Cathy is something I could listen to for days.
