Few audiobooks provide as much of an escape as those in the fantasy genre. Each of the best introduces us to an entirely new world (or a new version of this one), a diverse cast of complexly constructed characters, and a story so mesmerizing we’re reluctant to return to real life. But because the genre is so full of talent, it can be difficult to know what to listen to next. Look no further than this list of the best fantasy audiobooks to get you started.

I had high expectations for this book, and even those were exceeded. The best new book over the cradle series, I can't wait for the next one.

Best book yet

I read the first 6 Cradle books on Kindle. This was my first audiobook and first Audible download. I have been absolutely surprised by how much I enjoyed the narration and how much hearing the different characters’ voices added to my overall enjoyment of the book. I will definitely be downloading more audiobooks in the future.

With that being said, I want to now take time to highlight the greatness that is the Cradle series. One of my favorite if not my favorite series of all time. The different stories and plots keep me interested at all times, and I often find myself tracking backwards in the book or Audiobook to reread/rehear something because I enjoyed it so much the first time. Can’t wait for book #8 in the series. I would say my anticipation level is about the same as I was waiting for new Game of Thrones episodes to come out (which is saying something).

Amazing book! Can’t wait for the next one.

This was another great addition to this series, I can't wait to see what happens next!
p.s. don't shy away because some listeners were unsatisfied with the ending, it is well worth the time!!

still a good series

The tournament type is a bit overdone. Still enjoyable. The ending wasn't what is expected and it's nice for once to not just have a 2d MC.

Good read
