The idea of narcissism is big in pop culture right now, and I wanted to learn more from an expert. That is exactly what I got from this audiobook. With a combination of research and anecdotes, this gave me a great primer. It's a fantastic resource to make your life better!

I found that this gave REALLY helpful examples and different ways to explain narcissism and who's most susceptible/vulnerable as well as what can be done to protect yourself as well as navigate situations.

Knowledge is Power

I liked this book's quote, " Knowledge is Power as this book provided me with the knowledge to understand that I am living with a narcissist. I learned my vulnerabilities and how to deal with them and him.

Great book!

This was an excellent audiobook that covers a lot is just around 2 hours. I liked the way the narrator was positive and read this easily in what could be a sensitive subject. I def have some folks like this in my life and will be using some of the tips and guidance in this audiobook. Can't wait!
