I wrote this book over a three-month period of travel around Thailand and put it together in Bradley Beach, New Jersey, over the winter of 2012-2013.

I began it one early morning on waking up at 2:00 a.m. and just had to write the thoughts down that were in me and were calling to be said. I have added a few things since I finished it as some kind of explanation as to why and what.

Of course all the people are not real ones, and any similarities are just that: similarities.
