Unforgettable: Virtual narration

The story was interesting and written in a way that aided in visualization of events as they occurred. I enjoyed the book because I live in the area and am familiar with places mentioned. Explanations of police procedures are helpful. I enjoyed the book. However, the virtual narration was horrible. The style might have been appropriate for a story read to eight year old children but not for a murder mystery. I only listened through to the end because I was curious about the author and wanted to see if I would be interested in reading more of his books. Again the virtual reading was horrible. I will never purchase or listen to another virtually narrated book again.
