I enjoyed this book from the start. The storyline was believable. Awesome series to read

Slow Start

Not quite 4 stars but I rounded up because it appears this book is setting up the creation of a new independent company for the rest of the series. It will be interesting to see where that goes, especially with Haeli.

The start was slow for such a short book. It took a little time to get the main story. It turns out the beginning had a small tie to the end, but I think the beginning could have been shorter and still have accomplished the same thing.

Although I can buy the concept that big pharma wanted to quash this project and pay Levi to stop it, I do not believe they would find the killing of the scientist acceptable. Then add in the genetically modified Haeli and it is a little too much.

Great entertainment!

I rated Unmasked, the first book Blake Brier series 5 Stars and Unleashed may be eve better. I trust that Haeli Becher will be joining Blake's team. A book this good deserves having Scott Brick narrate it.

An unsung hero

Loved this 2nd story in the Blake Brier series. Exciting action with a great protagonist Blake (Mick) ex-military, ex-CIA, etc. Strong hero type surrounded by other great characters. Ryan's stories have improved with. more exciting action.
of course the audio is awesome with Scott Brick narrating.
Looking forward to more audios like this from Ryan, scott and Scott Brick.

Second book is as good as the first!

I’m a big fan of L T Ryan. Not familiar with Gregory Scott. The two together have written two excellent books. The first in the series is Unmasked which is a little more believable. This book has a bit of sci-fi mixed in and does require you to suspend your beliefs just a little. Still a thriller. Action packed right from the start. Fast paced and highly entertaining. Definitely worth the credit.
Scott Brick does a tremendous job narrating. Would you expect anything less?
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
