I'm really glad I read this book. It is practical and written in a way that's easy to follow and understand. By following the advice and techniques in this book you can definitely take the steps necessary for change.

Greatest Hits of Self Help

I really enjoyed this. I'm a self help junkie so there were many things i had heard before, but it didn't detour my interest. Presented very well in my opinion, finished it in a week. Fast for me.
