Trust No One—Not Even Yourself

A very suspenseful, entertaining, and intriguing listen. The characters—at least the good ones—were all incredibly likable, and I found myself fully invested in their journey. This is the second novel I’ve enjoyed from this author, and I’ll definitely be back for more. The narration was well done and added to the experience.

This story jumped around more than I like, other than that the characters were entertaining and their tale was interesting.

Book saved by narrator!

I was sent this audible to review after listening. In my opinion, this book was saved by the narrator. The different “voices” used by the narrator made this book more believable. From beginning to end I kept rewinding the audible to see if I was missing something. Maybe more narrators besides the one. I believe it was just her and I enjoyed the pace of it and made me keep on going. For me the story had too many things going on. I found myself going back a few times and reading chapters again to understand what was going on. Overall, I think this book was hard to listen, understand, and follow, and is one of those books saved by the narrator. Lots of characters and lots of holes. Not a fan. Even the ending is one of those that you keep on thinking and asking yourself, what the heck did I just read… and not in a good way.

Suspenseful thriller

Until the Storm Passes by Ashley Bundy is an amazing suspense thriller. Christina Fountain did an incredible job with the narration. The story is entertaining, interesting, engaging, thrilling, suspenseful, and more. I received a free copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review. Highly recommend.

This is a very exciting and suspenseful psychological thriller story!!
Olivia decides to travel to an out of the way mountain home so she can work on her novel without distractions. Her plans don’t go as she hopes they would and finds herself in some scary situations and the impending storm is making things a lot more difficult for Olivia.

The story gave me Misery vibes, which is one of my favorite books!
It was a fast read, as I couldn’t put it down without answers!!

I was lucky to listen to the audio and the narrator did an excellent job!! Love her voice and enthusiasm!
