A known psychology motivation incentive

I personally know of this method, most psychology addiction books mention this as well, punishing yourself with money taken away is a good method so much that this is how recovery houses punish their addicts with.
hard to implement by yourself, espcially if you barely make end meets, also on the NOFAP forum it was a gamble to donate to nofap a buck when ever you relapse, i gave it a perfect score because the narator was perfect, but also summarized and to the point.
