This is followed by several chapters dedicated to each of the four personality types, delving into some of the strengths and weaknesses of each type as they relate to spiritual growth and ministry.

Not a very long book but if you aren’t familiar with the disc assessment, it’s not a bad intro. It would be better if it included the test.
