This Valentine's Day, he'll teach her that love tastes sweeter when it's hand-delivered.

Rose Callahan is six months pregnant, sleeping in her car, and down to her last twenty dollars when she spots the Help Wanted sign at Hardy's Artisan Dairy & Chocolates. She's not expecting the owner to notice her pregnant belly. She's definitely not expecting him to offer her a job, an apartment, and a proposition that changes everything.
Fletcher Hardy has been alone since his fiancée left him at the altar a decade ago. He pours his passion into his craft, his patience into his work, and he's given up on finding someone to care for. Until Rose walks through his door, fierce and vulnerable and impossible to ignore.
What starts as a simple arrangement becomes something neither of them anticipated. Fletcher doesn't just want to employ Rose. He wants to worship her. Tend to her. Show her exactly how beautiful she is while she inspires his new line of cream-based chocolates.
But when ghosts from Fletcher's past threaten their future, Rose must decide if this silver-fox chocolatier is worth fighting for.

This standalone book has themes of age gap romance, forced proximity, pregnancy romance, found family, small town sweetness, explicit intimacy.

There is no feeling to the reading. It’s a monotone retelling of a story. And I did actually make it through this audiobook with the female voice without fast forwarding or increased speed. So that’s why it got 2 stars instead of 1.
