Gory crime & adorable kids

I like that two of the characters were special needs kids. Rocco has type 1 diabetes and Penny is on the autism spectrum. The two shared a special bond from the moment they met. Along with an interesting romantic suspense, readers learn some of the complications faced by special needs kids and their parents.

Fantastic Storyline

I love Savannah, Georgia! It’s a place that’s near and dear to my heart. The Author did a fantastic job with the storyline and she took time to build out the characters. I’m really looking forward to reading the next books for this series. Thank you, Ms. Eason for not going into the “darkness” of the characters used to drive the suspense of the story. You truly balanced this story and rooted it in Christian Faith Principles. There just aren’t enough authors working in this space.

The female narrator was very good --very expressive but not overly dramatic. The story was vivid as well as intriguing!

Action was fun and clean morals. Thank you for adult G version as kids are in the car at the time of listening
