I decided to try vegan diet but I don't have much time for cooking so I saw this book and decided to try that for slow cooker, and I made already 2 very deliciaious meals and today Want to cook more. and I liked that here I have a meal plan that can help me to starts a diet. So I am pretty sure I can do that really well
