Good but a bit long

Loved that the unmarried love interests were not locking lips and lusting after each other's bodies. That happens too often in Christian Romance.

Clean,cozy detective mystery

Starts a little slow, but it picks up and I was hooked. its a relaxing no gore no cursing story and I needed that!

Good Listen

Good struggle to find a young lady who goes missing. I liked the plot twist and how it kept moving forward with the larger story of Nikki Boyde.

Kept me Listening

I hadn't ever heard of this series before and I just finished a long running series and was on the market for something new. This came up as a recommended listen. Before I start a new book or series, I usually skim through the reviews 1st to make sure they aren't all negative, then listen to sample. If the sample hooks me, then I always jump right in. This one caught me from the sample and kept me listening the whole way through. The narrator was good, but spoke a little slow for my liking, so I adjust to listening speed up to 1.2X and it was perfect for me. One aspect of this book that I absolutely LOVED and don't hear often enough is the religious aspect. Although up until this book, I never really search for such books, so its possible that there are thousands or millions or mystery, thriller, religious books and series out there, its just not something I ever thought to look for. Now that the seed is planted though, I'll be adding that word to my search when looking for books in the future.

Very Enjoyable!

I loved this story, fell in love with the characters and really enjoyed the plot. As the book started out, I wasn't sure of the narrator, but she totally grew on me.
The fact that there were so many emotions, bad guys, agents and cops, all without swearing, sex or gore make this book twice as enjoyable for me.
I am reading for the next on!!
