One of my faves!

Shreffler’s world building, character development and storytelling are beautiful! I have thoroughly enjoyed this whole series, each reread ingrains it in my heart just a little bit more.

Fantastic!

I loved the plot in this third book, as the characters journey to a unique isle that will test and challenge them both physically and mentally! I enjoyed seeing inside some of the other characters minds, and loved Cooney’s ability to traverse both male and female characters with her beautiful narrations. Crash is one of my favorite characters, and I really enjoyed learning more about him in this story, and feeling like I know him better and what motivates him. There was everything you’d want in an epic adventure, including romance, mystery, action, and so much more! I would love to and hope to continue the series!
