It has been a year and a half since the ordeal in the mountains, and Zach Walker has thought of nothing but returning and reuniting with the girl he met. Seizing an opportunity, Zach sets out to make the journey alone, only to be sidetracked by someone needing his help; a young Mexican girl desperately searching for her younger sister, who was kidnapped. Her request brings back Zach’s memories of when he faced a similar ordeal of fighting for his family on the mountain. Determined to help the girl, Zach plunges into a new adventure dealing with child abduction and slavery that takes him further and further from his original goal, an experience that could change his life and his love.
