Good series

I’m really liking how this series is progressing. I’m really enjoying the new characters that get added to the mix

Series just gets better and better

She does not disappoint in this second book. Lots of action, suspense and some romance too for Danica. Starting book 3 now.

Nice so far

I’m liking this book series so far. The characters are interesting if a bit juxtaposed and polarized but that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Having a kick butt heroine who is also a bit naïve sometimes keeps things interesting. 

BR Kingsolver does it again!

I enjoy BR Kingsolver's books so much! They are insta-buys for me and I'm never disappointed. There is nothing cookie cutter about her books.
The characters and dialogue are well done and I want to invite them over for a visit, well, except for the bad guys; or maybe do a ride along! The world building is believable with a great magic system, social and political dynamic.
The only complaint I ever have is that I always want more books in each series...and isn't that the best recommendation of all?

Great story

I really enjoyed all of the action in this story. The world building was interesting. I found the main character likable and fun. I look forward to more episodes in this series.
