Watchers in Fur and Feathers

In a world not unlike ours, the ordinary pets that dwell in homes, shelters, alleys, and barns are anything but mundane. Beneath their soft fur, bright eyes, and loyal companionship lies a celestial truth—these creatures are angels in disguise, divine watchers assigned to observe the lives of humans. They are not here simply to love, but to judge.

When a person dies, their fate—heaven or hell—is influenced not only by their actions, but by the testimony of these silent guardians. Their memories are reviewed in the realm beyond, their experiences with their human forming the ultimate, unbiased record.

According to the celestial code, these pet-angels are bound by a sacred law: non-interference. They must not alter a human’s fate, merely observe and report. Yet just like the humans they study, not all angels obey the rules.

Different

The story is very original and different. I really liked it. The narrator also did a great job.

Interesting Perspective

It took a while to get into the book, partly because of the narration, but I liked it more than I thought I would. I enjoyed the different viewpoint.
