Good addition to the series

This latest addition to the series belongs to Kat Ramsey and Graham Stephenson.
Kat thought the man she dated for three years was her soulmate. Until she discovers he was married.
Meanwhile , Graham too has been burned in a relationship and has no desire to get involved with anyone.
While having a drink in a pub to drown his sorrows , a woman sit next to him. Though neither have ever thought of a one night stand, it seems that’s what they both need.
Fate has it’s own agenda when one night is not enough.
Can these two individuals who professed not wanting to get involved again, change their minds? Will it be their chance to find their HEA?
This audiobook was at times heartbreaking but also heartwarming as we see both Kat and Graham change their minds.
Aaron Shedlock and Kit Swann brought the story to life with their narrations.

Very angsty

I think I really enjoyed listening to this book. Aaron Shedlock just really got me with that voice! This is my second book listening to in this series, I’ve normally only listened to her suspense novels. I really enjoyed it. This book is definitely about two hurt individuals trying to just survive life and feel something good. A lot of angst. Try it like I did, a enjoyable listen

Thrilled to be back on the road with A.K. Evans!

Graham and Kit met at the perfect time for both of them, even if it took them a while to realize it. They're both coming off traumatic relationships, Kit finding out the man she was with of years was married and Graham from a divorce, and think a one night stand is the perfect way to feel something other than pain.

Their one night stands is hot and heavy and turns into many more nights. Kit realizes she's not cut out for the hookup scene as she begins to develop feelings for a man she barely knows, while Graham has convinced himself hooking up with his Kit Kat is all in good fun and he can stop whenever he's ready.

Months go by and as Kat starts to push Graham shuts down. It took him losing her for him to realize that she had become so much more to him than a hook up. Them finally getting on the same page brought out the sweet side of Graham and I loved him even more for how great he ended up being for Kat. She was exactly the woman Graham needed and their HEA made my heart beat overtime.

Aaron Shedlock and Kit Swann were incredible as Graham & Kit! I absolutely loved their storytelling and how they brought this couple to life.

A journey a lot like real life

Graham and Kat take a journey that feels a lot like real life. Both dealing with heartbreak and betrayal that leaves them wanting nothing to do with another relationship, they cross paths and have to reconcile that maybe their perfect person does exist, if they'll only take the chance. The broken path takes them to an HEA with narrators bringing the characters to life.

One night or forever?

One night of fun was all it was supposed to be for Kat & Graham, but oh how I loved seeing it become so much more. No two people deserved a HEA as much as these two did. The heartbreak and healing in this story were so heartwarming to see unfold. Graham tried so hard to keep the "one night" mindset, but Kat was breaking down his walls each and every encounter despite her fears that what she was feeling was completely one-sided. Road trip series has always been one of my favorites and this book didn't disappoint. The narrators truly bring the feelings to life with their amazing performance. I am already so ready for the next in this wonderful series. Where will Evans take us next?!
