Don't waste a credit on 1/2 hrs worth of a so so story. And I love Crais' books!

Is this really Robert Crais?

This needs to be listed as a short story. The whole 30 minutes I was listening I thought maybe I bought a different author. I didn’t care for the narrator, it’s not what I am used to with a Crais book. Strange story, not a good ending. I have listened to or read every other Crais book and loved them, very disappointed.

Not what I was expecting. Very weak. Nothing like any of his past books. Very little excitement.

Missing key essential elements…..

The story needs a middle and ending. The beginning was a hook and drug me in but then nothing.
