Marriage has quickly become a taboo subject in today’s culture. Secular society has deemed traditional, biblical marriage as all but unnecessary. In today’s climate, marriage is popularly viewed as one of many lifestyles to choose from as it regards love and relationships. The impact of this has caused divorce rates to skyrocket, not only outside the church, but within the church as well. As the view on marriage has become more flippant, the view on divorce has become less serious. Because of this, I believe it is vital for the Christian community to engage in a biblical discussion on marriage, divorce, and remarriage. We need a scriptural reformation regarding our views on this issue so we can build our marriages on God’s solid foundation. In this booklet, Pastor Brad addresses the issues of divorce and remarriage from a biblical standpoint.
