Horrible book. it was painful to listen to. It basically just repeated the same points over and over and never gave any actual information on how to accomplish things.

R. Nelson Nash’s book (NOT this one) is super informative and well written. This book is just spitting back out some key points of Nash’s without explaining any of them or how to actually be your own banker. I thought this was going to give more insight but with a 30 min total time, I should’ve known better.

If you’re serious about learning this concept, this isn’t it.
