Meh - Skip This One

Not impressed. The main character is annoying, self centered and critical. I made it about half way thru and then gave up. Plot is so-so. Narrator does a good job though. I'm skipping the rest of the series.

A light enjoyable detective mystery.
Being quite a short story, the characters aren't that developed, but the story had a good pace.

I am looking for a new British-set detective series with relatable characters. I liked this book
However, I found the secondary characters more interesting than the lead. I probably won't follow.

I am done with Audible's selection of thrillers, this one being part of a long line of truly awful books.

Terribly unlikable main character.

Fantastic narration but the main character is a horrible person. The story was lacking and numerous characters act quite unbelievably. It pulled me out of the story every time I shook my head act the actions these dummies repeatedly took. Keep your credits and find it at your library.
