This audiobook is not really about monsters. It’s about sharing, treating others with respect, learning about other cultures, and making friends by showing acts of kindness. What Monsters Eat also teaches high-frequency Spanish vocabulary through memory devices and cognates. It even teaches geography, origins of foods, and about some archeological wonders.

Try new foods. Don’t turn your nose up at new foods. Trying them allows you to respect what others eat and learn about their culture. For example, snails in France, octopus in Spain, and onigiri in Japan.
