I like the simple approach of this book as a reminder to me that some habits are not helping me to be successful. Though this audiobook is simple and quick, I found it interesting to listens to. Sometimes I just need a reminder in life, that I should not watch too many TV or eating junk food. Even it is not some kind of secrets, these little tips is just what you need to hear as a wake up call.

I received this book for free at my request but the opinion is of my own. There is a good list of things not to do but I feel the author could have expanded more on other things to do instead. Also, I feel it sort of judges people some people work odd hours and can’t just get up at 8 am or might have health issues. I do agree taking care of your health is impossible and to find lower cost alternatives. It doesn’t even touch how you can also save money by removing other things in your life that cost more money than even going out to eat once a day.
