I have been diagnosed with anxiety and this book is really helpful for me in understanding what I am feeling. It is my first time to hear what Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) but I find it really interesting and helpful on my condition. I would definitely recommend this!

I learned about DBT through this book. One great aspect of this book is that it provides practical tips that can be immediately applied in real-life situations.
