good way to understand Bearnie

Great read. Good way to get to know this senator. Includes readings of many of his former speeches.

Disappointing

This reads like a Cavanaugh family calendar, without the beer and sex. I'm a big Bernie Fan, but I was hoping for a more fleshed out version of these ideals, and what led this man to commit to them. Instead, it was a lot of campaign rhetoric on repeat. This book could have been something so much more personal, but I feel like instead it read like a catchphrase. Informative in some places, and documentary in it's timeline, I was let down.
