During the night on a desolate street in Paris, an attorney is murdered. Hidden on his person is a dossier detailing an arms deal so dangerous it could shatter the geopolitical landscape.

French intelligence agent Clara Nouvelle and her protégé Paul Hart are forced to investigate the dossier and find the broker, who unknowingly is rooted deep in their pasts. No matter the personal cost, they must overcome dangers and deceit, from both friend and foe alike, gambling on everything they hold dear to discover the truth.

While the investigation sees Clara and Paul grow closer, they fail to recognize the circumstances which brought them together on the case, will ultimately tear them apart.

In a race across France, the Atlantic, and finally to the Caribbean, they hunt the mysterious broker. What Clara and Paul find, but more significantly lose along the way, will change them forever.
