For nearly a thousand years, the Tower of London has stood as a fortress, palace, and prison, a place where history and horror are forever entwined. But behind its ancient stone walls, secrets still linger, and the past refuses to stay silent.

In Whispers in the Tower, G.J. Fene unveils chilling firsthand accounts from modern-day witnesses, Yeoman Warders, staff, and visitors, who have encountered the Tower’s restless spirits. From ghostly footsteps echoing in the Bloody Tower to fleeting visions of Anne Boleyn’s sorrowful figure, these true stories bring the Tower’s bloody history terrifyingly close.

Through vivid storytelling and meticulous detail, this book weaves history with the supernatural, revealing how echoes of betrayal, imprisonment, and execution still haunt London’s most infamous fortress. Whether you’re a lover of history, true ghost tales, or simply drawn to mysteries locked in stone, Whispers in the Tower will leave you questioning what truly lies within the Tower’s ancient walls.

The Tower holds its secrets… and sometimes, its secrets hold you.

I stopped listening the second the author mentioned an “axe” being shown to him by Anne Boleyn. She was beheaded by two-handed sword, not an axe. Please don’t waste your time listening. The author has no idea what he’s writing about. Not an expert on anything in this “book”.
