In 1942, New Chicago was born. The goal was to build a new world that promised the American dream. Now, two years later, the city is a volatile mixture of high society and organized crime. Smiling corporate devils peddle the future while wrestling for control with criminal kingpins from a rapidly fading era.

Caught in the middle of this transitional period are the young Whitlock siblings and their friends—the last remaining members of the infamous Whitlock gang, once led by their now-deceased father. As they attempt to rekindle their legacy and keep themselves afloat, the crew takes a high-stakes job that tangles them in a web of shadows from the past, bloodthirsty hatchetmen, and megacorporation conspiracies.

Whitlock is a pulpy noir, retro-futuristic crime drama about family, inheritance, and how the past and future bleed into the present.
