Step inside a first-of-its-kind immersive experience where science meets storytelling, and characters like Dan, Debbie, Hank, and Heidi bring cutting-edge health truths to life.
Join this quirky, relatable crew as they challenge mainstream myths, tackle chronic illness, and unlock the power of structured water, mitochondrial health, nose breathing, and more. Whether you’re folding laundry, driving, or working out, this is an audiobook you’ll want to replay. You’ll laugh. You’ll learn. You’ll say, “That’s totally me.” And by the end, you’ll never look at your health—or health books—the same way again.
The revolution doesn’t start in a lab. It starts in your earbuds.
©2024 Benjamin L. Smith (P)2025 Benjamin L. SmithIn Why am I sick?, the listener is brought into the world about a health, cultural revolution. I really enjoyed it. This narration really brought this story to life. It really worked with multiple narrators, telling Smith's story. It's filled with the mix of health and storytelling, and bringing the truth to the forefront, with great characters like Dan and Debbie, along with Hank and Heidi. It makes you understand, and you find yourself nodding your head, and laughing out loud. It is an emotional rollercoaster, and what I like is that it addresses chronic illness, which is something I had due to a TBI, and listening to this story, I was able to immerse myself in the story, and some things I could relate to, and others, I just enjoyed their story. It may be filled with facts and sciences, but it's more about people. Even if a person has a similar chronic illness as someone else, each illness effects people individually, not as a whole. Magnificent story kept this reader turning the hanging on every word of the story. This author's characters develop and interact well with the other characters. Why am I sick? on audiobook is a definite listening recommendation by Amy's Bookshelf Reviews. I look forward to listening to many more titles by this author. Amy's Bookshelf Reviews recommends that anyone who listens to this book, to also write a review.
