One of my favorites about Luke and Isla. She is on the run with a baby and Luke is in a wheelchair and doesn't feel that he is man enough for her but he will protect her and the baby. This a raw, emotional, and deeply touching romance. He fell for her before Isla fell but, she starts to fall and feels safe around him and looks at him like the man is supposed to be. This was a great single mom romance. It was a short story with a good pace, and HEA.
